Welcome to SecureAI! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SecureAI mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Service”), operated by Cybrot.com (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use SecureAI. By using the Service, you affirm that you meet this requirement.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the SecureAI app solely for your personal, non-commercial use and in accordance with these Terms.

• Reverse-engineer or modify the application.

• Interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service.

• Share your access credentials with others.

Your use of SecureAI is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the app, you consent to our data practices.

5. Security and Scanning

SecureAI scans your mobile apps and system behaviors to identify potential privacy risks. However, we do not guarantee absolute protection. Use of the app does not replace best practices in mobile security.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and code within SecureAI are the property of cybrot.com. You may not use our brand, name, or content without prior written consent.

7. Updates and Modifications

We may update these Terms and the Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to SecureAI at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service, including loss of data, privacy breaches, or unauthorized access.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the SecureAI application shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of these courts.
